i am a novice chef/cook and cannot use regular sugar. i have tried stevia previously but mostly as a sweetener for homemade lemonade and coffee. this product, however, has an indescribable taste and after-taste. i've had it for a while but will probably donate or trash it. the taste is not at all to my liking. delivery was first rate though, so this is not a bad review for the vendor.

This is a good product. Easy to use to sweeten large amounts of liquids or just by the cup. A little goes a long way. Just a small after taste but you get used to it.

They add a sugar alcohol that apparently causes loose bowels for me -- never have any problems with other pure stevia products.
